In these terms and conditions :

Access to our website and content :
We shall use reasonable commercial endeavours to keep our website up to date but information and specifications given are for your information only and might be subject to change without notice.
We try to ensure that pictures of the items on the website are as accurate as possible, but slight variations in colour and texture between the pictures and the items themselves may occur. The reproduction of colour is as accurate as photography and publishing processes will allow. When products are shown in varying size, a standard set of photography will be displayed. The items you will receive will be as close to the one photographed as possible.
We reserve the right to :
-Modify our prices at any time and without notice.
-Modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this Website (or any part thereof) with or without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the Website.
-Change the Conditions from time to time, and your continued use of the Website (or any part thereof) following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change.
-It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the Conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to any change to the Conditions then you must immediately stop using the Website.
Formation of agreement :
We reserve the right to amend or modify this Agreement. The Terms and Conditions in force at the time an order is confirmed will govern any particular order. We will keep a record of terms and conditions and dates of any changes made.
In order to avoid future litigations between parties, any change request to any clause of this agreement must be agreed in writing by all parties prior to placing your order. Requests should be emailed to email@example.com.
Governing Law :
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the English Law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England, to which both parties submit.
Purchase of products :
We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.
Order processing :
To review your order, please click on “check out”.
For non standard UK deliveries, you must select your destination country and enter your postal code in order to calculate your shipping costs.
All items are priced in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of standard delivery charges for UK destinations only. For international destinations, shipping charges will be indicated to you during the ordering process.
For orders placed in EURO, shipping charges will be automatically calculated at the time of checkout based on the overall value of your order. Exchange rate from GBP to EURO is set by PayPal.
Once you have reviewed your order and provided any additional comments, please click on “Check out with PayPal” to take you to the secured payment step.
You will be redirected to the PayPal “log in” page where your order summary will be displayed. Please log in into your PayPal account or fill in the required information including shipping address in order to proceed with card payment until the transaction is completed and confirmed.
Please note that you can cancel at any time the payment processing by clicking on “Cancel and return to S.Favresse limited” at the bottom of the page.
The items will be charged at the price which was current at the time your order was placed. Selling prices can change and no reimbursements will be made should the price of the item(s) reduce after your purchase.
The Paypal website is secured by SSL encryption. At no time will the buyer’s payment details be transferred or stored through Favresse electronic system. We do not collect or store any financial information entered into our website, neither do we intend to store any financial data in the future. All debit or credit card information is solely used by our merchant partner (PayPal) to process the transaction, after which time is removed completely.
Once the payment has been accepted, the contract is formed and the order cannot be edited.
Payment will be deducted from the Buyer’s debit, credit card or Paypal account upon order completion.
Acceptance of your order and Deliveries :
All orders are subject to confirmation and stock availability.
All orders must be placed through our website.
We will confirm receipt of your order to the email address you provided. It is recommended that you retain that email or print out confirmation of your order.
We are also unable to amend orders after they have been placed and confirmed through the website.
Each order constitutes a separate transaction. If you would like to order multiple items for delivery at the same time, you must ensure that all of these appear on the same order before you confirming it. Unfortunately, we can not consolidate delivery charges when more than one order is placed.
Each order will be delivered to the Buyer’s ship to address provided. It is your responsibility to give us the full and correct delivery address details. We are not able to deliver to PO Box numbers and cannot receive amendments to the delivery address once an order confirmation email is issued.
We will not be held liable in any way for the late delivery of goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Cancellation policy :
In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 working days of receiving your order to notify us of your cancellation with the reasons for your dissatisfaction and whether you request a replacement, exchange or refund.
We reserved the right to cancel your order as a result of one of the following :
-The product you ordered being unavailable from stock.
-Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.
-The identification of a pricing or product description error.
Return policy :
Upon receipt of your order cancellation you may return your items within 15 working days of notification in their original condition. Please enclose your details and the Order number which is to be found in your email invoice.
Condition of items for returns :
The Buyer must return the item(s) in perfect, as new condition, unused, unworn, with all tags and labels in perfect condition attached to the accessories and with their original packaging (including dust bags in the case of handbags and belts).
Extra care must be taken when trying on shoes (See Tips for trying on our shoes in our FAQ).
We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any item that, but not limited to, is incomplete, damaged, soiled, not received in perfect condition or not within the stated return period.
Please note that it is the buyer responsibility to ensure that the item(s) are returned to us. Please make sure that when returning the goods, you obtain proof of postage from your post office.
All P&P associated with any return, unless otherwise agreed, are to be paid by the buyer, with the exception of faulty or damaged goods.
Insurance on returns: Please note that it is the Buyer´s responsibility to choose the most appropriate method for returns with the appropriate insurance. We cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen delays e.g strikes, riots, war or act of God.
Lost returns: Should the Buyer´s chosen courier fail to deliver or lose their return parcel, it is the Buyer´s responsibility to claim compensation from the courier directly. We are not liable for any lost return parcels.
Please note that we cannot accept returns if you deliver them to us by hand.

In the event that you received a faulty or damaged item(s), we will refund the price of the item and any standard postal charges you incur to return such items.
We are only required to refund standard postage charges for items delivered in and outside UK, for any order cancelled within 7 working days of receipt.
For orders cancelled within 7 working days of delivery, you will be refunded the relevant part of the purchase price for that item(s) together with the standard postage charge of your item(s) where the entire order is returned.
We do not refund any priority, express or courier component of the postage charges.
All refunds will be made to the card used in the original transaction. To comply with audit standards, the card or account details used for refunding a purchase cannot be amended.
We will endeavour to refund any cancelled order as soon as possible and no more than 30 days from cancellation notification.
Replace or exchange :
Upon raising your order cancellation, please state whether you require a replacement or an exchange together with the full details of your requirements. Items taken in exchange for returned goods are subject to a postage charge, where applicable, and any additional price different with the replacement item.
Please note that damaged or faulty items are replaced free of charge. Should the item be out of stock, we will offer a full refund.
It is still your responsibility to return the original item(s) as per our return procedure.
